Our Team

A native of Salem, SD, Lacey Sabers serves as the VP of Finance of Bird Dog Equity Partners.  In that role, she leads the company’s financial reporting and accounting policies and procedures along with internal control functions.  

Prior to Bird Dog Equity Partners, Lacey’s past experience includes 15 years of accounting in both the private and public sector where she was the controller for Compass Health Brands and an audit supervisor for RSM in the financial and insurance industries.

Lacey received her Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of South Dakota 2005.  She is a Certified Public Account (inactive).

Lacey and her husband, Justin, and their two boys, Noah and Isaac, love being outside.  They can be found playing golf, riding bikes or at the lake with family and friends.
