Equity partners expand into hotel investment
A new fund from Sioux Falls-based Bird Dog Equity Partners is being used for hotel investment.
Called Bird Dog Hospitality, the $10 million fund will invest in Midwest-based hotels and already has purchased properties in Chadron, Neb. and Oskaloosa, Iowa.
